To request deletion, email contactus@epitomehub.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject “ChessVerseAI account deletion”.
We may ask you to verify ownership. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account, authentication identities, saved games and associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Local guest data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
Deletion covers the account profile, authentication association, saved games and progress, social relationships, notification tokens, messages and user-selected attachments associated with the account. Content needed to protect another user's safety, complete an active dispute, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation may be retained only for the required period. Backups age out according to our backup cycle.
Deletion is permanent and may remove ratings, rewards, learning progress and access to conversations. To only stop notifications, disable them in ChessVerseAI or your device settings.
