These Terms govern your use of ChessVerseAI, operated by EpitomeHub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ChessVerseAI.
You must meet the minimum digital-consent age applicable in your country, or use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit others; publish illegal, hateful, sexual, abusive or privacy-invasive content; spam; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape protected systems; manipulate ratings or tournaments; evade enforcement; or violate law or another person's rights.
Do not use engines, bots, outside assistance, multiple accounts, intentional disconnects or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in competitive play. We may review gameplay and technical signals, invalidate results, adjust ratings, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect fair play.
Friends, clubs, challenges, tournaments, chat and attachments are provided for chess-related interaction. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant EpitomeHub a limited worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve ChessVerseAI. You must have the right to share that content. Do not send sensitive information through chat.
We may remove content, restrict contact between users, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement. Report abuse, unsafe content, cheating or a child-safety concern to contactus@epitomehub.com with the relevant username and details. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Hints, classifications, analysis and AI-generated explanations are learning and entertainment features. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee improvement, rating outcomes or tournament results.
You may receive account, game, friend, challenge, message, tournament and personalized chess notifications according to your settings. Authentication, hosting, email and notification providers may be used to operate the service under their applicable terms.
ChessVerseAI software, branding, interface and original content belong to EpitomeHub or its licensors. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, sublicense or create derivative commercial products from them without written permission.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Revised Terms will display a new effective date and additional notice will be provided when required.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using ChessVerseAI and request deletion through our Data Deletion page.
To the extent permitted by law, ChessVerseAI is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. EpitomeHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
